First of all, Master's of Engineering (MEng) in Industrial Engineering does not allow international students to enroll in Engineering Management stream, although falsely advertise it on their web page. BEWARE of this scam tactic to lure more and more internationals to get their tuition money. Secondly, ISO (Ignorant Sh!t organization) does not care about international students and show their ignorant attitude if you visit their place for any kind of support. Tatiana Gomez is awful, and you better switch her to someone else. Thirdly Co-Op institute does nothing to help you land a job, and charges HUGE fees for you to be enrolled in their useless coop system. Lastly, university staff and professors are underqualified and does bare minimum to keep their positions, because entire engineering department is understaffed. As an example, Concordia's MEng Industrial Engineering program offers short list of courses over and over limiting other courses that ARE LISTED ON THEIR website. What does it mean? It means that only 3-4 people will teach you different courses. Overall the experience is awful, and AVOID this university at all costs.
Concordia University' Co-Op Institute (Office) is absolutely useless entity that serves no purpose in this educational system. They are teaching (doing stupid live presentations - Corona Stefanie is the head for CoOp), and nothing more. University charges HUGE amount of fees for students to be enrolled in Co-Op and does little to no help in getting anything. AVOID and simply do your summer internships.
